I have a 2007 Ford fusion with approximately 234,000 miles on it. It's an automatic. I kept having to get a jump, so I got a new used battery. It works not start, not even turn over. The connections are all on snug. My neighbor used his obdII reader and got a code of U0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCM. Also a relay was ticking (even if the car is off) and it was relay 52, blower.

remove the relay and any HVAC/blower fuses. Charge up the battery. See if it start.
I tried to get a jump but it still wouldn't turn over.
