I have a 2007 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with 122,000 miles.
Recently, i noticed when the FM radio is ON and I press rear defrost ON, there is radio static interference. Turn rear defrost OFF, static goes away.
I recently did get my windows tinted, and never noticed this issue before windows were tinted.
What gives!

there's probably a loose connection where wire connects to the heating element. You can repair kits for a few bucks at the auto parts store.
Either the suppression capacitor in the blower motor is shot or you have poor or contaminated connections that need to be check for cleanliness and tightness. Whoever did your windows probably got a bunch of crud into the connectors.
she said REAR defroster ... as in heating grid.
I've never seen caps on motors in any modern car.
