Hey Scotty, my friend has a 2007 Honda Civic EX and when idle during the night when lights are on (interior lights, headlights, brake light's, dashboard light's) tend to be dimming on and off continuously, any idea what it could be and how to fix it?

Has your friend had the battery and alternator load tested?
no not that I know off, he did replaced the battery last year.
He needs to do some diagnostics. If he doesn't have the tools any place that sells batteries should be able to test the charging system for him.
