First I would like to thank you for this amazing work you doing to help out people.

I have 2007 Lexus is250awd. i got it about 2 years a go with 102k on it for about 5k. Now it's 115k.

Recently I started having this weird clunking noise from rear tire. First it started with right rear and now the noise is shifted to left rear. Its very loud like someone is banging on with Hamer or something i have attached the video.

Few things I have noticed. The noise come when I'm slowly rolling or driving slow . Or when I accelerat the noise come when I let the pedal go it gos away for few seconds then  it comes back.

Also every time the car was on lift. After that for week or so the noise won't come it gos away and it comes back. After week or so. First the night was on right rear now its its only to left rear.

some time the noise would come some time it won't. 

I have showed to few people but they all weren't sure some says its rear deferential. Some said its the rear axel. Some said its the caliper.

Your help would be appreciated.

It also have some fluid on rear deferential but its not leaking.i got it Checked and the guys said the oil level is fine .

What you think I should do.
