Recently purchased a 2007 Lexus ES350 with 160,000 miles. The car sometimes sputters during low idle or at low rpms and other times it drives fine. I took it to Autozone and it came back as random misfire from cylinders 1 to 6. The scan recommended that I replace all ignition coils and spark plugs. I was going to try to use the spray cleaner for the mass air flow and the throttle body, but it seems there is a shortage of mass air flow as I have visited 10 auto part stores an no one has it. Is there a better or easier way to see what could be wrong before i go and start with the ignition coils and spark plugs. Thanks in advance!

you could pull out the spark plugs and look at them.
