The air works good but not blowing out alot of air could it be a weak fan blower motor?? It's working but sounds funny to were i think it's weak.

Double check your cabin filter as well if clogged it would cause a restriction and poor air flow
Soon as the weather clear up ima check that first cause the motor works a little air comes out on full blast i feel like there is a restriction but thanks alot
While you're at it look at the engine air filter and change if clogged up too.

Yes, it's most likely the blower motor.
