HEY Mr.Kilmer big fan sir, hey I save up 4,300 to buy a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder LE that had sat for a year but had new battery, tires, new radiator, new brakes and rotors, new catalytic converter and pipes, new axle, and inter and outer tie rods as well as both oxygen sensors on catalytic. I filled the gas tank up and maybe 2 miles later Service engine light came on, then a day later I was driving and it jerked forward twice then lost all power, I turned the key six different times then it came back on but it has me scared, I took it to mechanic and he said it maybe crank sensor, and he said we need a Nissan factory original, no aftermarket parts for Nissan, all original and he said he couldn't find anything besides the sensor and some oil leaks and charged me about 400 for the code read and dye for oil leak finder what's your take on this mr.Kilmer sjr, if you don't have the answer nobody does, I heard people sag your the most knowledge man in the u.s. maybe the planet on cars, hence finding you and asking you, thank you for you time, I know your very busy
Well if it fixed the problem he knew what he was doing realize it today mechanics charge anywhere from 100 to $140 an hour labor working on cars so diagnosis and repairs a lot more expensive than it used to be
