Hello, I have my 2007 toyota matrix XR, with 267,000 miles with an automatic transmission. Lately but not always, when I put the car on drive or reverse, the engine is judders a bit going on drive, but going on reverse, the engine tends to try to shut off so I have to push on the gas to keep going.
Sometimes the check engine light turns on for something of the fuel injectors which I have put in the cleaner for them, but not sure what is going on. Again, this does not always happen, but when it does it gets me worried.
Also, the check engine light came on and has these codes: P2A00 and P2195.

Looks like your bank 1 sensor 1 is running too lean, the p2a00 is showing that it is outside the normal parameters, just screwed up.
Possibly the fuse for the o2 sensor is blown, or it may need a new o2 sensor, only get oem denso for it though.
Could also be bad wiring, or an exhaust leak near the forward sensor. It is the one that you can see when you pop the hood, at the back of the engine.
Might want to also clean your mass air flow sensor, if that gets gunked up it can cause issues.
