2008 Hyundai Accent how to change the drive belts?

I am fairly handy and I do most of my own auto work if it is not too complicated. Do you think I should tackle the drive belts on my 2008 Hyundai accent? Also changing the transactional oil, is that a pain or is that easy?

accessory belts are easy.

changing the transactional oil

You mean "transaxle"?

you'll need a filter+gasket kit. Just undo the bolts on the pan and remove it. Easy job but very messy. You'll need a large catch basin and lots of cardboard. Make sure there's nothing in the way of the pan before your start. Make sure you remove all the old filter seals before you stick in the new one.

If you plan to do your own work, I highly recommend you buy a repair manual (eg. Haynes) so that your don't miss any important steps.

What is "transactional oil"? Is that the same stuff used to lube the data input shaft and calculation gears on point of sale registers?

Changing the drive belt (if you're talking about the fan belt) should be straightforward. If you're talking about the timing belt that's a horse of a different color. Here's a video showing how to do the fan belt job on a 2009 Accent:
