2008 audi a4 Shaking at low RPM in drive

Hey Scotty, I have a 2008 Audi a4 2.0t, it's got a 6-speed automatic transmission with 91,000 miles on it. This car has been in my family for a while and has been extremely well-maintained. It has never missed a tune-up or oil change. when I start up my car it acts completely normal idles around 2200 rpm then eventually drops down to 750-800 ish. at that point, the car is very smooth no issues, but the second I put it into drive or reverse it starts shaking like a maniac, but once I get above 1100 rpm it runs smooth. I've gone to a few mechanics in my area and I've got various responses such as carbon cleaning, exhaust leak, and unbalanced crankshaft. I think something is wrong with the transmission but it shifts quickly and smoothly, and I don't have the knowledge to pinpoint it. if you've got any ideas I'd really appreciate it.

Check those 15-year-old engine and transmission mounts.

They've been replaced as of 3 years ago

Could be torque converter wear. Scotty has mentioned many times that can cause vibration at idle even if the transmission is otherwise OK, and that his '94 Celica does that.
