See below: at that age, mileage, out of warranty, being used as a daily driver, and especially if you don’t plan on doing all the work on the vehicle yourself (a la YouTube Master Mechanics like Car Wizard and LegitStreetCars) I would not even think about getting it.

Well that's a 2008 BMW 328i so that has the N52 which is a good engine and the ZF tranny is bulletproof, however, it's the rest of the car that can be problematic, especially the electronics and plastics that BMW is known for. Have a mechanic check it out, if it needs some work, don't buy it. If it's fine, use it as a weekend toy but not a daily driver cuz it will bankrupt you in the long run when u spend a fortune maintaining and repairing it.
