2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 212000+ mileage ,
What will happen if I use a spark plug non fouler in cylinder 6 on my 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 because I have oil and misfire in that cylinder

Well of course when you add that the spark plugs up higher so it's slightly lowers the compression on that cylinder and it may stumble a little bit unless you do all eight cylinders with extenders. Course for the engines weren't at fire it's going out anyway so you might as well I'll try to expend the life as long as you can
