2008 Chrysler Town and Country

I have a town and country that has 246753 miles on it it runs like crap but till now haven’t had to do much. Today I was changing spark plugs and they were covered in gunk because they’ve never been changed. The issue I’m having is all the spark plugs came out fine but all but one went in fine all of them took around 93 turns to get back in except the last on took only 53 turns. Is this an issue if so what can I do to diagnose what’s wrong.all of the spark plugs came out and besides the gunk no part of the spark plug broke off.

Well it could be you got a broken valve in that bad cylinder that won't screw the whole way in on screw it and if you don't have a boriscope you can get a cheap borescope on Amazon to run off your phone for 20 bucks look inside to see if the valves are broken on that one that didn't turn all the way in
