I have a 2008 Chysler Town and Country with 136K miles. I saw video saying that halogen bulbs lose up to 80% brightess over time. Have you experienced this?

In my experience they pop before they get noticeably dimmer.
First make sure your fuses/breakers are good. Swap it with another one.
I know the lenses are foggy. I polished them but the lights are still not that bright. Tested the voltage on the battery and its fine. Then I saw the video and of its tru than it makes sence.
