Scotty, my 2008 F250 4x4,5.4 automatic with only 70k miles has code P0605 random access memory error. I reset it to see if it was just a fluke but it's back. So far it doesn't affect how the truck runs. What is the best way to start diagnosing this issue?

Check your voltage and especially, grounding connections. The PCM isn't getting enough juice. Battery, alternator output, etc.
Thanks Doc, removing and cleaning grounds. Battery is 12.4 volts but putting a charge on it. I'll check the alternator output tomorrow. Any idea of what the output voltage should be?I'm guessing close to 14 volts?
At idle should be about 12.5, revved up should be about 14.5 volts.
