2008 Honda CR-V High Speed Vibration

I have a 2008 Honda CR-V 4WD with 80,000 miles and a 5 speed automatic. It's recently developed a steering wheel vibration when on throttle at speeds above 70 MPH, but goes away immediately when I lift off. I've already had my tires rebalanced and a suspension inspection by my local mechanic revealed no worn suspension bushings. Any ideas what may be causing this? Thank you!

Check the fuel filter and pressure test the fuel pump.

It seems that you have some issues with the fuel system.

Just a follow up question, do you think there's a chance it's worn engine mounts that are the issue? The engine idles smoothly and when I said "on throttle" I meant light cruising on the highway, not flooring the pedal on acceleration, and there's no vibration whatsoever at any throttle position below 70 MPH or when coasting at any speed.

If the engine mounts are bad, then you would feel shake whenever you go to drive or reverse (form park) .
