Hello! There is a one owner 2008 Lexus LX570 164k miles in mint condition for sale with all the service records from a local dealer. However, when I called the dealer, new transmission was put in 5 years ago. Is this a deal breaker? When I spoke to the service advisor, he said this a good thing since I have a newer transmission...
Asking price is 22k so I want to make sure I am not buying a lemon.

Those are excellent trucks with very expensive repair costs. If you don’t mind spending a lot of money for the repairs, it may be a good choice for you.
