Scotty!
I have a 2008 Lexus RX 350 FWD with 107,400 miles. The check engine, VSC Off, and Traction lights are lit. My scanner shows codes P0136 and P2195 codes. I also have a Minimum Sensor Voltage fail on Bank1-Sensor2 (all pictures below). What are the steps to diagnose and resolve? Thank you!

Replace the O2 sensor.

It looks like the 02 sensor pre-heaters have taken a big dump. Like yaser says,, replace the 02 sensors.

So what are the locations of the sensors? Bank1 sensor2 is after the catalytic converter, correct? How about bank1 sensor1; where’s that one?
