Hi scotty i have a Lexus 2008 RX350 FWD with 190k miles. Got P0101 & intermittent P0356 code.
Changed the MAF sensor didnt fix P0101, looked further and found a small leak in evap vaccum hose which eventually connects between MAF & throttle. Code still present.
P0356 switched with known good coil and misfire started to occor after 20 mins driving. Cold start runs fine. Sometimes i get randomly P0300 or P0301-6 codes.
Could it be a failing fuel pump?

Well you're only getting a misfire on cylinder number one. So Jenna that's not a fuel pump but maybe a bad injector on number one or wiring feeding that. Because if you swap the coil from number one with another one and the mist doesn't move, you know it's not the coil
