2008 Toyota Sienna Sliding Doors Maintenance and Overhead Dome Mirror Replacement

Good morning, I recently bought 2008 Sienna with 180000 miles. Everything works great, but I have 2 questions:

1) I read all about the automatic sliding doors issues, and that greasing them regularly can help prevent (or delay them); What is the best way to lubricate them and what grease should I use (I have WD-40 Specialist Protective White Lithium Grease Spray). I do not use these doors often, but I really enjoy this automatic sliding feature when I do; I would like to enjoy it as long as possible.

2) Overhead console had a missing mirror. I have a spare console, but I do not see a way to extract the mirror from it--is there a trick to it.

Any other maintenance tips would be appreciated. I am planning to drive this car for a long time. I had spark plugs, 1 coil, knock sensors, tires, brakes and rotors replaced. This vehicle had been regularly maintained, and it had belts and water pump replaced ~10000 miles ago.

The lithium sounds good.  If the console went in somehow, it's gotta come out somehow.  Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual (available online if you don't have one.)

Right, but which areas should I lubricate--?

The door rails, rollers and any contact points that support the door as it moves.
