I'm from Australia and I have a 2008 VW Jetta 2.0T FSI with 133,000 km. My situation is that whenever I start my car in the morning (cold start) the car hesitates to turn on. It sort of hesitates to start with the RPMs going high then going low and then starts. It is weird because after 10 seconds I turned the car off and turned it back on and it starts right up. It could be a fuel pump problem but I hear the fuel pump priming when I open the door so I am just confused.

Have you already scanned the vehicle for any trouble codes?
Yeah I have scanned it multiple times. There are no fault codes that come up.
Well first thing in the morning I'd hook up a pressure gauge to see what the pressure is on the pump it could easily be a pump failing noise means nothing you need to know the actual pressure
