My 2008 tundra 4.7 sr5 got a little Trans oil sweet where it connects to the engine is it a cause of concern or any way to fix before it get worse?

If the transmission has a leaky seal the only way to permanently fix it is replacement. However, if the seal is just a bit hardened but otherwise intact adding the ATP AT-205 "Reseal" additive that Scotty has talked about may help.
