I had a p0300 and it said 306 and 302 I replaced the spark plugs and the ignition coils was working and it still says I have a misfire on cylinder 6. Anyone know what it could be

could be lots of things you could have abandoned fuel injector on number six and intake gasket manifold leak a blowing head gasket on number six bad Valve springs on number six, even a computer driver failure on either the ignition or the fuel injection system
