- 2009 Honda Accord 4cyl. I've change my thermostat, checked the coolant, bled the air out but it still runs hot. The fans work but only when the heat is on. My reservoir is not overflowing but it still runs hot. Is my cooling fan the culprit?

Does the car overheat only when standing still like at a stoplight, or at highway speed? If the fan is the problem it wouldn't be happening at speed.
