A 13 years old Civic for $10,000? I would not pay that much money for it but on the other hand, the market is crazy.

I would definitely make sure the miles is real and not rolled backed and check in with a mechanic, just because it has low mileage doesn't mean that it can not have problems its 10 years old. If everything checks out well and its in your budget I would do it but I will definitely negotiate with the seller thats pretty high for a civic
