Hello scotty my name is Christopher Falk i recently bought a used hyundai accent 2009 and has 132 121 miles on it I have changed the oil trand fluid and coolant but i was driving to Placerville the other day and was going up a really big hill i was doing 80 but when i started going uphill the speed dropped to 6o from 80 i had to floor it just to make it and this was a freeway what can i do to fix this ? Also is 2009 hyundai accent a good car and do they last over 30000 miles ?
I haven't driven a 4 banger in a while. But these Accent motors only make 100 hp. Can they even do 80mph up big hills?
I don't know if you saw his response but he said yes they can and he drove almot 110.
@kerem I have eyes thank you. If you look at the timestamp, he posted that after I posted my answer. 😐
wow we woke up the beast again. Sorry 'bout that lol.
that's right. Stop poking the beast or it will bite. {black}:rabid:
Those older Hyundai/Kia cars look like lower quality than the newer ones but they actually last a significant bit better because they are very simple but I would not say 300k if you take care of it it might get to 170 180k miles but not much more. Going 110 miles and flooring the throttle does not help with that though;)
Yes they should be able to on regular road ive almost drove 110
what do you mean "regular"? Like flat?
