Car just recently started having a rotten egg smell after driving for short distances any ideas

Car started having rotten egg smell couple days ago figuring it's catalytic converter cars not throwing any codes no check engine lights would it be best for me to change the one connected to the manifold first or the one after the one connected to the manifold I know it's not the oil did an oil change 2000 miles ago plus new plugs and coil packs just kind of stumped here with no codes
Clarification: What is the mileage, engine, transmission?
