Please help with my 2009 Toyota Prius with 220k. All light on dashboard come on randomly. When that happens I lose AC , breaks, and all warring lights on the dash turn on. I have changed the 12 volts battery as well as the the Hybrid cooling system, but still did not fix the issue.
Sounds like your 13 year old battery pack just went south. But look on the bright side, it only costs about $1600.

Plug in an OBD-II scanner and see if you can pull the codes. They are free to rent at AutoZone or Oreilly.
The codes can help diagnosis what the problem is to the car.
When I got crazy lights on my Prius, it was either a failing water pump, a bad hybrid battery…. It could be so many things, but the codes will help us discover what it might be.
