Just bought a 2010 acura tsx 4 cylinder with 180,000 miles.. everything seems good, any maintenance i should do? Dont think sparkplug or coolant or anything like that has been changed

We can't see your car so idk what maintenance you should do but I would check everything you can. Filter, plugs, oil, coolant, power steering fluid, tires, brakes, suspension and make sure it drives straight and runs okay... and if you don't have tools to do all that find a mechanic you can trust and just have them look the car over and scan it to see if there are any codes.
