Scotty Once I check the pressure or exhaust coming out of the oil cap on top of engine, and I notice the engine started to fluctuate on idle to the point it wanted to stall on me so I tightly replace oil cap and idling went back to normal, is this having to do with the engine code P0420? let me know Thanks

That would be a seperate problem from that code. The code indicates an issue with the catalytic converter.
