My sister's 2010 Corolla engine makes a sound when it's warmed up (it kind of is like a surging sound but not). I've attached a link to a clip she sent me. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to hear it unless you turn it way up. She said it doesn't make the sound unless it's been driven for a while (like 10 minutes). Any ideas what it might be? It makes it while idling and driving. She says it also hesitates switching gear at about 40mph. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Well considering it doesn't shift gears right it sounds like a problem inside the transmission to make sure it's that do my video finding the source of car noises Scotty.
