2010 Crown Victoria
My a/c blows pretty cold. and then all of the sudden it won't be cold, and my engine will run rough and almost stall out, and then it will run perfect again and repeat.

Now , it could be a lot of things but often it's the AC compressor starting to go out when it's drains it makes the engine run rough
Ok, it also runs rough for a day after I use it then it eventually returns to normal
