I have a 2010 explorer and I think maybe a blend door may be stuck? In the wintertime the vent blows cold air in the passenger footwell only. Everywhere else blows hot. It's the exact opposite in the summer. Hot air comes through that same vent, but the ac works everywhere else. Anyone have ideas?

Fix the blend door.
