I have a 2010 Civic. The a/c works great for about 10 min. then it stops. It is ice cold when it works. I took it to Firestone and they said it was low on freon. They added freon saying that would fix it. It didn't work. I kind of knew it wouldn't. Any ideas?

Don't go to Firestone. (Why do people go to Firestone?) Same with other chain shops, stay away. Find a good independent mechanic that works on AC systems and can do a proper diagnosis.
