2010 Honda Odyssey How do I change motor mounts

My 2010 Honda Odyssey has been making a clunking sound every time I shift from park to reverse or park to drive. I have noticed that with the hood up the engine seems to move back and forth more than normal so I took it to my mechanic. My regular mechanic told me it needs new motor/transmission mounts. So far every mechanic has quoted me a price around $1200 - $1400 for parts and labor. The dealership wants $1900. Around 2/3 of that money is labor costs. I've seen some videos on Scotty Kilmer's channel about how to change motor mounts and it seems doable for me to do. But since I have no experience working on cars, I'm wondering if it's possible to make a mistake and ruin something that'll cost more down the line.

The rear is going to be a royal PITA because the bolts will be on there super tight if it was never removed before.

The rear mount video is for an non-vcm model odyssey so the mounts are different on the EXL/touring.
