Hi Scotty, I hope you’re doing well. I have never changed the transmission oil on my 2010 Honda Pilot 125K miles on it. There’s no problem with shifting or anything, but I just want to make sure wether it needs replaced or not. Thank you

Yes it does. I would drain it and fill it. Never flush it.

Once you drain and fill the transmission fluid, make a note of the odometer and from that point onward be sure to stay on top of your ATF change intervals.
