130k miles is nothing for one of those, keep up on maintenance and it should last a very long time.

Price is also important, around 7000USD (8500CAD) would be the worth while price for that car.
Definitely make sure to have a mechanic check it out before you buy it.
They are a good a to b car, but if you are getting a lexus, I would think you would want more than that. If you are looking for a sporty sedan I would go on up to a IS 350 F sport. If all I wanted was a to b I just assume get a corolla, or a more spacious camry because of the lower repair costs. Someone else had issues with a IS250 on this forum with less than 50k miles on it, and I have heard things from others who have said they are not the best lexus reliability wise. Just sharing my opinions of the car and please don't take offense at what I say. Price would be an important factor as well and ALWAYS have it checked by a trusted mechanic!
