Hi, I replace the used pcm to my 2010 Buick Lacrosse 3.0 . how I can reprogrammed for star my car?

Unfortunately, you will need a high level scan tool (similar to what Scotty uses) to program it. For my vehicles, I usually take to my mechanic to program since my own scan tool doesn’t have that feature.
