My radio works fine but for some reason I can't get the CD or aux to work when I push the CD / aux button nothing happens and I can't put in or take out any CDs
Well part of your system is broken and I'll tell you the truth. Nobody knows how to fix those things. Most guys will just ditch and put in an aftermarket unit

No, every model is different. You may be able to find a wiring adapter for it. Crutchfield is usually a good place for that kind of thing.
I agree with Scotty. My unit ate a CD and never released it. There was no noise or clicks and the eject button did nothing. After some time, the unit started acting up, switching from the radio (AM/FM) function to CD back and forth, as if it was trying to read from the disc for a couple minutes. When the issue got worse, I decided to replace it with an aftermarket (no CD) and have had no issues ever since.
