That's a video of the noise, 100k miles just bought the car a month ago, no other issues. Still blowing cold ac but the noise is annoying, I think it might be the bearing of the compressor that's loose or something, sounds just like when you have a leaf on the blower motor but I changed the filter and clean up the motor which is in perfect conditions.

Your guess is correct. Remove the serpentine belt and most likely you won't hear the noise. If so, the AC compressor needs to be serviced.
Do I need to change the whole compressor or can you just change the bearing and keep the original compressor without major issues?
Just change the bearing for now.
