- My Toyota Highlander has 130,000 miles is it ok to change the transmission fluid?

No it has not
Totally ok to change. I have a 2009 Highlander, about two years ago it had 140K with the fluid never been changed before. I did a simple drain and fill, about 4 quarts, and it was easy. I did notice a smoother shift as well. I'm coming up on 200K and gonna do the same thing. Go for it!
You didn't change the filter?
no. after researching the filter change it seemed too much for me. And lots of the videos people explained that it wasn't detrimental to the process. So I made my peace with it and just did the drain and fill.
