[Solved] Unable to refuel

I have replaced the charcoal canister, purge valve, and the vapor solenoid. That did not work, so i drop the gas tank and had to take the lines off completely of the tank so i could hit and air blow the lines because the charcoal was just really stuck. I took the line from the purge valve on the engine and blew that out as well (which was a taste because i had to unscrew bolts and plugs because the lines were going in different vertical lines that it could not push it out right.). That did not work after putting that back. Last thing i tried was take off the gas tank tubing from gas filler and it was all clear. I even stuck a camera all the way to the wire screen before i even took those tubing out because that was a hassle also. 1. Could the gas pressure sensor fix this? 2. Fuel pump is ok because i can pump at least $5 and starts straight up. Since this problem has gotten worse not my cylinder 1 plug gets worn out and makes the car to shake. so i replaced the plug and it ran better but believe its from the fuel or air/fuel mix that makes it go crazy. Any ideas?? Please need vehicle for work and dont have much money since i've been buy parts and feel like i'm just wasting money. I even bought a scan tool, but don't really know how to use it. Thanks Scotty!

Well if I knew what kind of vehicle it was I could give him more specific answer. But if you can't refuel and keep shutting off the gas pump, the pressure is not releasing. So anything from a clogged hose to a bad canister to someone having put hoses in the wrong position so that the hose that is supposed to let the fumes out of the gas tank is not connected to the wrong place and it won't flow. I'd start a fire you by finding a diagram of where all the hoes is going. Make sure they hooked up right

2010 slt yukon 5.3 . I have replaced the purge value, charcoal canister, and the solenoid. i have taken every line off at this point between my 4 or 5 different times seeing what could be restricting it. Someone brought up to me, just knock the ball out from the tank. Would that be bad to try? It does sound like it's stopping at that point till it gets to my filler neck. Now i dont know if this fuel problem will effect me have a misfire also. I have had to replace the spark plug in cylinder 1 once and seems like its getting close to changing it again. i replace it once and starting alot better. After this fuel problem arose, i have had the spark plug problem and when i change gears its does a little vibrate to other gears. Its just all happened at that same point... No one has worked on the truck since i got it two years ago and has had any problems till now and myself taking it all apart but putting the right lines back in the same way it was before.
