i have a 2011 chevy equinox i have p0017 and p0016 error codes and sometimes when i come to a stop light it shakes but driving its fine also if i restart the car its fine it any ideas on what to do ive replaced both crankshaft sensors and vvts and when i replaced them the engine light went off then came back on after a day with same codes
Note the first listed possible cause for those codes - although other faults are possible it's likely that your timing chain is stretched.

@chucktobias honestly ive just been going down the list just getting tired of spending money with nothing being fixed the timing chain is on it just was never the top thing
