  1. My brother has a 2011 Cruze 1.4 L turbo. It has 70k miles on it.

    coolant has been losing coolant randomly. Did pressure test (held it) , changed rad cap, new water pump (gm replaced), did dye test nothing. No leaks on ground and no smoke, oil is clean, checked all the common areas.

could it be an air pocket?

whats the next step?

Does cooling system have overflow hose?  The random loss of coolant could be from random use of the car.  Sometimes driven hard.  Sometimes not.  The loss of coolant could be hidden at the end of a overflow hose that is hidden down closer to the bottom of radiator.  Also, no coolant on ground because of evaporation on hot motor.  If car is loosing coolant there should be evidence of it somewhere.  If loss is not from operational reasons then look for hose leaks at water pump or heater hoses.  Sometimes hose clamps fail and the coolant evaporates on the hot motor.  Might also feel for water around heater core..

@jimz
I attached a bag to the overflow nothing inside
