Suspension noise and tire wear

2011 Ford flex limited 187,000 - so I have a Ford flex and I've took it to 2 big o tire shops to have it aligned...I bought brand new tires for the front last June and now less than a year later they are almost slick bald on the front only. Like I said I have taken it to 2 big o tire shops and they claimed it was in line but keeps pulling to the right strong...so took it back guy aligned it again and said it was the best he could do.. 😂...I was like wtf. So here is the deal..it has new sway bar links and ball joints...I keep hearing a flopping noise going over speed bumps and things like that but can't tell what it is. My question is how can I get this vehicle aligned if the shops are to stupid..and say they see nothing wrong??? And what could the flopping noise be? And why are my tires bald 11 months later? I appreciate any help thank you

The noise could be any loose or worn part. As far as the excessive tire wear, unless they are not properly inflated or you drive like a maniac obviously there's a serious alignment problem. You need to find a good chassis/front-end shop to diagnose the problems.

@chucktobias do you recommend anyone besides a big o tire? Usually they seem ok... maybe the people at that one shop are just incompetent I dunno. But no I drive normal speed...just can't seem to get a shop to be able to find the issue when there is obviously one

They obviously don't know what's wrong so take it elsewhere. Don't go to a big chain store like Big O and expect them to have a suspension or a 4 wheel alignment specialist. Take it to a shop that primarily does suspension work and alignments. Pass on tire shops and the like, it's not their forte.

I never heard of "Big O Tire". In general you don't want a chain shop, you want a good independent mechanic that does front end work.

@chucktobias they are pretty widespread
