Hello My uncles 2011 ford fusion v6 has a po420 code for the bank 1 Cataylatic converter already tried 02 sensor spacers and p0456 for a leak in the gas tank i was wondering if their were cheap ways to get these codes off so it could pass emmisons it has 358000 miles and runs like a brand new car but it has bad rocker rot theres over 5000$ into it in suspension and engine parts and he does not want to put a cat on it there crazy expensive.
Have you done any troubleshooting to determine the actual cause of the codes?

Yes he has watched probaly every video on it and tried every additive even laquer thinner and for the po456 we think its the filler neck because it has a capless fuel tank and he had to saw a pice off so he could fill the gas

Trying every additive is not "troubleshooting". If you check the links there is a lot of information on how to track down the causes of those codes. Additives are not part of the process.
What i am saying is he tried everything hours and hours of actually diagnosing driving evauluateing and watched every video it needs a cat and it has had issues the dealer that put it thourgh emmisons somehow
