2011 Hyundai Accent SE 5sp 1.6 L 125k and it Cranks Slow then starts

I know its a hyundai and thats my problem, and "I plan to buy another Honda CRV when Prices come back down" Hahaha ok but for now Im stuck in it for a while But its 37 miles a gallon! Anyways its a 2011 Hyundai Accent SE Cranks Slow then starts..... when I Start it it trys to start then stops then starts (Like if I didnt have the Clutch all the way to the floor) and its Intermittent with NO CODES found and "Most of time it starts Fine" Could this be "Fuel Pump Related? Thats what Im gona replace next in a Few Months or so

Ok So far I've replaced Starter and Clutch Position Sensor the Crank Sensor the CamShaft Sensor the Timing Belt and all serpentine belts ALL the Coil Packs and wires ALL spark Plugs and Valve Cover Gaskets Replaced.  Thanks Scotty I been watching for a Long time and you have helped me with A LOT of my cars you are a Great American !

If the starter is cranking too slowly check the battery, battery terminals and cables, and alternator. Maybe do a voltage drop test.
