Car stalls and doesn't want to start sometimes for no reason. Then starts and drives fine for awhile. This last time the tach went to 0. Had someone pick it up but they did not find any codes. This is the 3 time no codes appeared. Would a sometimes faulty crankshaft sensor produce these symptoms?
Do you think I should go ahead a replace the crankshaft sensor? Appreciate the input.

If it was from the sensor, you should have had some codes. Did you check the fuel pump?
