My 2011 mercedes c300 (78k miles) vibrates at low speeds, mostly the front seats of the car. I've had this problem for around a year. Thinking it was tire/wheel related, I had new front tires put on and the wheels balanced about 3 months ago hoping it would solve the problem but it still shakes. It's a rhythmic vibration that vibrates consistently - on and off every few seconds.
Any ideas what this could be? Is it safe to just ignore?

Have you checked wheel bearings?
