Only have 2900 miles on bike. Went 90 mph and now only have 3rd and fourth gears. My clutch cable is loose the video’s on youtube don’t go enough in detail on how to tighten. However, the clutch feels like it goes down far enough to be in first. After sitting all night it went into 1St but once I drove it didn’t anymore.

It should be similar to almost any bike. Have you checked this video:
What happens before you start the bike, you put it into first, pull the clutch lever fully IN and then start it. Does it leap forward?? If so you have a clutch cable adjustment way out of wack or clutch issue. You'll have to do some digging deeper on U=Tube to find how to adjust. 2900 miles is pretty low so unless the bike was sitting for YEARS and then you bought it, Sometimes those dam clutches lock up as well when they sit for a loooong time, I mean years.
Look at your owner's manual.

Motorcycles do not have a clutch pedal, they have a clutch lever. Do you mean the gear shift lever (under your left foot)?
